Description: R-U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Services (NESDIS), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with California State University, Los Angeles, CA to provide support for the Satellite and Education Conference to be held at the University, March 27-29,2003. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation package exist. Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. Reference EA-36
