Description

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement to recover all telephone bill overpayments incurred by the FDA on the FTS2001 system. The contractor shall use its systems and services on a contingency basis to audit the FDA?s telecom expenses and recover billing errors by FDA?s vendors as well as identify savings opportunities where appropriate within FDA?s telecommunications infrastructure. The contractor will share in the savings recouped by the FDA. A study of 3 months? FTS2001 billing to determine the discrepancies between the FTS2001 contract prices and the price the FDA is being billed for all of these services shall be required at no cost to the government. Once these results are obtained the contractor shall provide an in-depth analysis and report of the results achieved. The solicitation will be available on or about April 4, 2003 on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for the release of the solicitation and amendments. Hard copies will be provided to individuals eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act upon request. Note 1.
