- OC-ALC/LPKAB DIR CONTRACTING /PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DRIVE STE 2AD2/109B TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, OK 73145-3032 has a requirement for 6 each TF39 MANIFOLD TOP, NSN 2995001136492, P/N 9658M31G04. The approximate issue date for the solicitation will be 4 APR 2003. The approximate response date will be 5 MAY 2003. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. First Article Testing and Approval IAW FAR 9.3 applies. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements for FAR 9.202(a) do not apply. Government and commercial surplus is acceptable. Items must be new/unused and manufactured by General Electric Company 07482. Certification of manufacturer is required. Assets must be in their original packaging and meet all required inspection and testing criteria. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Written requests may be faxed to Annette Arkeketa-Rendon (405) 734-8106. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. It is suggested that small business firms and others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firms listed. Written and electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation to: General Electric 07482 and Elano Corporation 96941. Note 23 Award will be made only if the offerorer, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clasue 52.209-1.
