Description

The Air Force anticipates the award of a 5 Year (1 Basic, 4 Option years) contract for the Repair of the following items. Item 0001 - NSN: 2915-01-452-5123RK, P/N: 8422-1, Noun: Internal Tank Submerged Fuel Boost Pump, Qty: 45 each, BEQ: 5 each year 1, 10 each years 2-5. Item 0002 - NSN: 2915-01-452-5126RK, P/N: 8419-1, Noun: Internal Tank Submerged Fuel Boost Pump, Qty: 180 each, BEQ: 20 each year 1, 40 each years 2-5. Delivery: 5 each per month within 30 days after receipt of contract, delivery order and reparable items and each succeeding 30-day period thereafter until completion of all items ordered. The 5 each per month shall be a quantity made up of Item 0001 and Item 0002. Destination: TBD by PMS and will be provided to the contractor prior to shipment. Disposition instructions shall be provided via facsimile, e-mail, message, or other electronic means. GFM and CAP are not authorized. All materials and support equipment will be contractor furnished. Qualification Requirements apply. Approved Source(s): SOTA Corp (61604). CBD Notes 23, 26 apply. NO OBLIGATION MAY BE INCURRED UNTIL FUNDS AVAILABILITY HAS BEEN CERTIFIED.
