PRON: AX3C9041 AX; NSN: 8145-01-183-8308, Part Number: 13083624, Quantity: 23 each, Noun: Shipping & Storage Box, applicable to TADS/PNVS. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Deliveries are FOB destination with a quantity of 23 going to Lockheed Marti n Corp, Orlando, FL 32819-8907. Required Delivery Schedule with First Article Testing is 23 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery without First Article Testing is 23 each, 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restr icted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Gov ernment. . All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. ?By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored?.
