Description

NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis efforts to link TADS to the FCR in support of the Apache Longbow Program. The contractor shall collect data from four locations and prepare a f light test plan and flight test cards in conjunction with the aircraft manufacturer to quantify the link performance. The government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Priced award of a delivery order to contract DAAH23-02-G-0011. This is a sole source requ irement to Longbow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the authority and justification of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)( 1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may subm it a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. See Note 22.
