PRON: AX3L0059AX, NSN: 6105-01-070-7615, PN: 239YC33, Quantity: 20 each plus two one-year 100% options applicable to the AV Ground SKO. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 10 each 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Lucas Western Inc., Cage Code 00462 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purc hased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item describe d above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requiremen ts. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close pr ior to the date stated above.
