- NA The Northern Region Contracting Center Fort Leavenworth is seeking sources. Fort Leavenworth requires automated Crisis Information Management System (CIMS) software to manage and share knowledge and relevant information about a specific event throughout th e various staff sections within the installation. The automated system will enhance our ability to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate crisis events. The specific capabilities that we require and consider essential to be provided in a CIMS are as follows : Licensed per server with unlimited users connected. Provides the capability to handle email in a secure manner. An integrated application interface that allows the user to create their own custom displays for reports and/or status charts. Supports any th ird party form or web builder application tool. Simulation tool that allows user to input drill/exercise data and automatically release data based on scenario timeline. Does not use any proprietary per user technologies (database, web server, etc.). Can be installed standalone, local network, Internet, classified network or any combination. (Network appliance concept). Does not require any client software other than Internet Explorer. Provides a tactical map viewer/display application that can be used with any mapping or GIS system that can integrate with external sensors and control systems. Designed from the beginning to work with low cost projectors for display of status boards, maps, and video. Has an interface designed to be both user friendly and provi de a universal tool for integration with other systems/applications to include an automated method of interfacing with other civil authorities. Performs in a multi-site/multi-tier environment.Lowest life cycle cost of any emergency information system deliv ering comparable performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this is 511210. The size standard for a small business concern including it?s affiliates, is average annual sales and receipts for the proceeding three (3) fi scal years, not to exceed $21.0 Million, and SIC code is 7372. All responses will be considered and must include proof of ability to provide software to fulfill requirements of the (CIMS) including performance information and references on the contractor?s abilities. All responses must include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, Duns number and Gage code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 pm CST, on 4 April 2003.
