Description

Naval Hospital Jacksonville FL is doing a market search to locate sources of supply for hospital grade bed rentals. Request proposals for rental of hospital grade beds to be located at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL. Initial quantity would be for 47 beds with an additional 51 possibly required at a later date. Beds may be manual, hydraulic, semi-electric, or electric (please state). Beds must include 1/2, 3/4, or full side rails (please state). Beds must include hospital grade mattresses that meet current regulations. Beds may be new, remanufactured, remanufactured, or used/previously rented (please state), but must be in good or better condition. Rental period desired would be one month with options to extend to six months. Please state in proposal if a minimum rental period is required. Requirement would be for delivery within 5 days of order placement. Proposals for lesser quantities will be accepted (state how many can be supplied). Please provide delivery or shipping charges if applicable, monthly rental cost per bed, and government contract information if applicable. Please provide Tax ID #, DUNS #, and Cage Code.
