Description

It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure labor and material to paint and repair Quarters 510, 743, 749 AND 816 for change of occupancy, complete and ready for use. The work includes change of occupancy painting and miscellaneous minor repairs and replacement and incidental related work. Estimated Cost $25,000 to $100,000. Site visit 27 March 2003 at 1:00 p.m. There are no drawings accompaying this solicitation. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 238990. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), the solicitation will be available for download free of charge via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil (website). Hard copies (paper sets) of CD-ROM of solicitation WILL NOT be provided by the Government. ). NOTIFICATION OF ANY CHANGES (AMENDMENTS) TO THE SOLICITATION WILL BE MADE ONLY ON THE INTERNET. IT WILL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR ANY POSTED CHANGES.
