- Pilot-Operated Regulating Valve, 200 ea. Part No. SPV755-284815-0006 Rev B. The pilot-operated regulating valve is part of the air assist fuel nozzle system being evaluated for installation on both 501K-17 and 501-K34 engines. Delivery is required FOB origin to Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA 19112-1403. It is intended to acquire the required valves by placing a firm fixed price contract with Marotta Scientific Controls, Inc., 78 Boonton Avenue, P.O. Box 427, Montville, NJ 07045-0427. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the government intend to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals recei ved within 30 days after date of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
