- The Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area, is contemplating award of a firm fixed price contract for construction, to replace roofing on Quarter (residential) housing located at the PHS Indian Hospital located in Whiteriver, Arizona. The solicitation is set aside for total HubZone small business concerns. NAICS Code for small business is: 235610, Size Standard $11.5 million. Interested offerors must request in writing for the solicitation package by fax, phone number for fax: (602) 364-5030. Please make sure to identify on the fax request RFQ 566. Request for solicitation packages must include complete mailing address, point of contact and phone number. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages shall be available on December 26, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-DEC-2002).
