THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. CONGRESSIONAL QUARTERLY has been determined to be the only reasonably priced device of its type to be able to meet the Bureau of Consular Affairs specifications.
