Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0386. CLIN 0001- Radiography system RadView CR100e consisting of the following: Computed Radiography (CR) applications requiring specia lly-sized phosphor imaging plates can only be handled by the CR100. The CR system must include a computer controlled storage phosphor reader (scanner) capable of continuous scanning of variable length phosphor screens up to and including 14? x 51? size. T he CR system must include a Windows 2000 or XP Professional based workstation with software capable of controlling continuous scanning of custom length screens to create seamless radiographic images. This process must be accomplished during the scanning pr ocedure without the need for any post-processing routines such as ?stitching? or ?pasting? of smaller images together. The CR workstation must be a stand-alone system capable of controlling scanning operations as well as radiographic image downloading, vi ewing, enhancement, archival, and management. Vendor must be capable of providing seamless, flexible, storage phosphor screens in sizes up to and including 14? x 51? for retrofit into standard medical type film cassettes, i.e. Wolf or Halsey. RADV iew creates 12-bit and 14-bit raw images in a specially-designed .LMG image format. Requisition Number W81C5M-3051-0001. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Origin. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ?Price and Past Performance? and ?less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acqu isition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
