- NA The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, NY is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to furnish all labor, materials and equipment (not provided by the Government) necessary to perform all tasks in connection with the accreditation of the Primary Leaders hip Development Course (PLDC). Accreditation will result in a minimum of 6 college credit hours in the area of General Education. The contractor shall also Review and evaluate Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcripts (AARTS), and assign app ropriate credit hours via official transcript for students at the Noncommissioned Officers Academy, Fort Drum, New York. Contract period is 1 July 2003 through 1 July 2004 with four, one-year optional renewal periods. This procurement is unrestricted, wi th a NAICS code of 611210. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 16 April 2003.
