Description

NA The project work consist of painting gates and walls, replacing gate walkway, adding chamber ladders, constructing new storage area for the dewatering truss and needles, constructing a new north chamber guide wall, replacing manatee screens and frame work, upgrading hydraulic units, replacing gate grounding wires, installing surge protector at commercial service, replacing gate switches, replacing gate wire ropes, sheaves, and frames, and upgrading emergency generator and commercial service. Magnitude of c onstruction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 April 2003 or about with proposals due on or about 12 June 2003. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only. All interested bidders mu st register electronically. If you are not registered, the government is not responsible for providing you with notifications of any changes to this solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Proposals will be evaluated on technical merits, price, and past performance.
