- NA Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Purchase Order: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This anno uncement constitutes the intentions of Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command to enter into an award with Pacific Microwave Research, Inc on a sole source basis. Alternate items will not be considered. The Purchase Request Number W23BFK 30 58-7002 is provided for identification purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3663. The solicitation c onsists of the following:Clin 0001: Pacific Microwave TRANSMITTER, DIGITAL VIDEO, TSC, L-Band, 1WATT, 16 CHANNELS, WIRED FOR LEMO MICROPHONE, CONNECTED TIBBETTS MICROPHONES. STOCK NO: CoDR-150L, 4 EACH; Clin 0002: Pacific Microwave RECEIVER, DIGITAL VIDEO, NTSC, L-BAND, 16 CHANNELS, STOCK NO. CoDR-1001, 3 EACH. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
