Description

The General Services Administration requires Indefinite-Quantity (as-needed) repair and alteration construction services at six (6) Federal facilities (including office buildings and courthouses) in New York, NY. The intended contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The estimated price range over 5 years is $1 million to $5 million. The expected contract commencement date is August 1, 2003. There is a 20% bid bond and 100% performance and payment bond requirement. THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESERVED IN TOTAL FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY (NAICS of 236220; avg. annual receipts not exceeding $28.5 million).
