Description
NA Wiesbaden Contracting Center will be utilizing an Integrated Process Team to develop the draft Performance Work Statement into the final working product, and is seeking prospective offerors to provide support for intelligence operations within the USAREUR area of operations. The support required consists of intelligence analysis, operations and planning, and information system sustainment at multiple locations, including fixed sites in Germany and Italy and also in deployed contingency operations areas to include the Balkans and future contingency areas that may be assigned to HQ USAREUR. Analysis work will include All-Source and single discipline (SIGINT, IMINT, CI/HUMINT, OSINT) as well as specialized skills in Counter-Terrorism, criminal intelligence, ge ospatial information systems (GIS), and other areas. Support to intelligence operations includes collection management (RFI, IMINT, SIGINT), requirements and taskings, plans and exercises, technology insertion, CI/HUMINT plans and training, SSO/Security Sp ecialist, and personal security investigations. Sustainment of IT networks and systems includes System Engineering, Network Engineering, and IEW System Maintenance support. Travel will be required in some cases. Individuals must comply with host nation and SOFA requirements such as Technical Expert Status Accredation (TESA) for work in Germany. Anticipated contract is for one base year with four option years (total five years).
