- NA This is a set-aside for Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs). The Department of Defense (DoD) announces the availability of the FY 2003 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the DoD Instrumentation Program for HSIs. This program aims to enhance science, ma thematics and/or engineering education programs and/or research capabilities through the acquisition of equipment and/or instrumentation that will augment existing facilities, enhance curricula or develop new laboratories, programs and capabilities in thos e areas. Only one instrumentation proposal per institution is allowed. DoD funds will be awarded via grants. The BAA contains additional information along with instructions for proposal preparation and submission. Proposals must be received at the ARO no later then 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on May 30, 2003.
