Description

A pre-proposal conference will be held for the TRICARE Retail Pharmacy (TRRx) program on Wednesday and Thursday, April 02 and 03, 2003. The conference will begin at 1300 hours April 02 and continue from 0800 to approximately 1530 hours on April 03. The first day?s session will cover information, physical and personnel security requirements. The second day?s session will cover the remaining solicitation requirements. The conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, Denver Southeast, located at 13696 E. Iliff Place, Aurora, CO 80014-1319 (off of I-225 and Iliff Ave. intersection). The Doubletree has a block of rooms set aside for participants. For reservations call 1-800-222-8733. The pre-proposal conference is open to the public, but it is intended to be for the benefit of potential offerors (including potential subcontractors). Potential offerors who have registered on the TRRx solicitation web site will be given preferential seating if space becomes limited. Separate pre-registration for pre-proposal conference attendance is not required. So that appropriate personnel are available and answers are prepared, potential offerors are encouraged to submit questions and/or discussion topics to the Contracting Officer at retail.solicitation@tma.osd.mil - by close of business March 27, 2003. This does not prohibit or limit potential offerors from asking questions during the conference.
