Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials, unless otherwise stated, necessary to provide janitorial services at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries Service office spaces, 13 and 16 Church Street, Woods Hole, Massachusetts. The total work area covered by the specifications is approximately 1,860 square feet in the Exchange Building and approximately 2,607 square feet in the Fisher House. Period of Performance will be April 15, 2003 through September 30, 2003 with a one-year option period. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a price quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation is attached as a downloadable Word File. Copies of floor plans will be provided only in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for copies of the floor plans may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Numbered Note 1 applies.
