- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F02601-03-Q-0118 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3354, NAICS Code 331316, small business size standard of 750 employees. (V) Please propose the items as listed: Line Item 0001, Aluminum Pipe: 1.5" diameter: Schedule 40 ASTM Structural B2241, Grade 6061 T6, Unit of Issue: 20ft random lengths, Quantity 700ft. Line Item 0002, Aluminum Pipe: 3" diameter, Schedule 40 ASTM B2241, Grade 6061 T6, Unit of Issue: 20ft random lengths, Quantity 1000ft. Line Item 0003: Aluminum Channel: 7" x 2.75" x 25ft, Unit of Issue: Random lengths, Grade Structural 6061 T6, Suggested source: Coast Aluminum 602-278-5052 Part# 7CAA170, Quantity 90 each. Line Item 0004: Argon Bottle (New), Quantity 2 bottles. Line Item 0005: Argon Bottle Re-fill (on 2 existing bottles and 2 new bottles), Quantity 4 each. Line Item 0006: Aluminum Welding Wire #4043, Size: .030 diameter, Unit of Issue: One-pound spools, Quantity 40 spools. Line Item 0007: Miller Spoolgun Model 30A, Suggested source: Consolidated Welding Supply 520-889-5544 (A Division of Phoenix Welding Supply) Part# 130831, Quantity: 1 each.
