Description: NA The announcement that appeared on 3/21/03 is changed as follows. The product specifications are changed in their entirety to read as follows: The requirement is for an FT-IR spectrometer that can be used in the field for rapid identification of WMD agent s, toxic industrial chemicals, and explosives. The system should have an extensive library of WMD Agents, toxic industrial chemicals and explosives. The system should be rugged and be capable of being decontaminated. The system should be capable of work ing off a battery pack. The system should be offered with 24/7 reachback and technical service. The system should be transportable in a hardened transport case with wheels and should weigh no more than 60 pounds.
