NA You may Fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LM-M, Deon Davis, Contract Specialist or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, on FAX number 256-955-9220. PRON: AX3M0500AX, Input/Output NSN: 1615-01-164-8470, Input/Output PN: 406-016-100-109. The nature of th is contractual action will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Maintenance and Overhaul, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a Minimum Quantity of 70 each and the Maximum Quantity of 470 each with a five year requirement applicable to the OH-58D. The on ly possible source of overhaul data for the Blade, Rotary is the manufacturer?s blueprint(s)/production drawings presently controlled by Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., (BHTI), Hurst, TX (CAGE 97499) however, Composite Technology, Inc., (CTI), Fort Worth, T X (CAGE 0CA91) has been given source approval. BHTI and CTI are the only know sources of overhaul for this item. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to complete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Re quirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not cl ose prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for relea se outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.
