Description

NA The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, appliances and tools necessary to perform all operations for the inspection, maintenance and repair or replacement of all components related to the heating, ventilating and air conditioning s ystems and associated control systems at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, New Hampshire. The work also includes monthly visits to perform routine inspection and maintenance of all systems and controls, beginning of season starup a nd end of season shutdown operations for both heating and air conditioning systems and emergency site visits. Included also is an option for one additional year. Quotes will be considered only from firms within 100 air miles of the Londonderry, NH work sit e. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 14 April 2003.
