Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a firm fixed priced modification to contract N00019-99-C-0003 to the Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St Louis, MO 63166-0516. The modification will call for Boeing to provide flight test support for a MA-31 aerial target presentation for fleet testing. Boeing is the sole producer of the MA-31 aerial target and is the only known source with the technical expertise to provide the required support in the time frame required.
