- Description
- The project consists of a complete renovation and upgrade to the residential building structure 1022 for the Six Rivers National Forest, Orleans Ranger District. The residential building structure shall be ADA compliant after the renovation is finished. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the residential structure to perform the work necessary to completely remodel and renovate the residential structure. This work includes, but is not limited to the following: Installation of all new windows, carpet, resilient flooring, tile, drywall and finish, insulation, electrical system, plumbing system, doors, door hardware, sinks, shower, toilets, lighting and appliances (refridgerator, oven range), walls kitchen cabinets, concrete ramps with handicap railing, furnace, hot water heater and evaporative cooler. The Engineer's Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation should be ready for downloading from this site, on or about June 21, 2002.
