Description

This is a sole-source combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented for informational purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 51121 and size standard is $21,000,000.00. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement for the Traveling License for the Internet Scanner, Database Scanner and RealSecure Products (PRODUCT CODE lSS-T7) for use by the DLA Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT). This solicitation is emerging small business set-aside. This serves as a notice of intent to award a contract on a sole-source basis among AUTHORIZED RESELLERS of the Traveling License for the Internet Scanner, Database Scanner and RealSecure Products license and maintenance. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
