Description

It is HUD's intention to award one (1) performance-based contract as a result of this competitive 8(a)set aside solicitation. The awarded contract will be for a period of one (1) year with four (4)one-year options. The contractor will use HUD computer systems and perform the services in the HUD facility located in Santa Ana, California thus security clearnaces will be provided for all personnel. The contractor will review FHA case files for accuracy, verify and or enter data into the CHUMS computer system, endorse the cases and send completed files to the Federal Record Center. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT APRIL 14, 2003 BY DOWNLOADING IT FROM THE HUD WEB SITE AT HTTP://WWW.HUD.GOV/OFFICES/COP/CONTRACT/CFM.
