- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-03-T-0034 is issued as a request for quotations. Offutt AFB needs two water-cooled condensers sized and installed for the freezer units at bldg 499. This would consist of coming to Offutt AFB, getting the model and serial numbers off the units, and checking the mech. room for routing of lines and mounting of units. When installation has been completed we would expect the equipment to be powered and plumbed to the state and national codes. An instruction briefing on the unit?s operations with no less the five HVAC mechanics will be required. There will be a site visit Tuesday, 1 April 03. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 423720; the NAICS size standard is 500 EMP; and the SIC Code is 5074. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
