NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT RAY FORRESTER, CONTRACTING OFFICER, EMAIL ray.forrester@redstone.army.mil FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION PRON: 8X3SC4A1D1AX, Nomenclature: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to award a contract for coverage of CAV II system installation, physical inventories and reporting from within Lavi Systems, Inc., repair and return facility. This requir ement is for the base year plus 2 year options, 100% each year. This requirement is in response to a Joint Logistics Service Center (JLSC) mandate to the U.S. Army (AMC HQ) to implement cited CAV II system and establish accountability of Depot Level Repar ables at commercial contractor facilities. The unique information needed to initiate various types of CAV transactions, as well as maintain an accurate inventory of on-site AMCOM components exists only at Lavi Systems, Inc., 13731 Saticoy Street, Panorama City, CA 91402-6517. All responsible sources may submit a bid /proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. No telephone requests will be accepted.
