Description

NA This project consists of a C130J Aircrew Fuselage Trainer Facility, with an area of approximately 1,110 square meters. The project includes sidewalks; parking; paving; exterior building lighting; sanitary sewer; gas distribution system; water distribution system; electrical distribution system; environmental; site grading, utilities, fencing, and drainage; lightning protection;; intrusion detection system; entry control system, voice and data communications (including LAN system and secured LAN system); fir e alarm and notification systems; sprinkler system; energy monitoring and control system (EMCS); cathodic protection system; plumbing system; HVAC systems; Fire Protection system; control systems; anti-terrorism /force protection; landscaping; utility relo cations; site improvements and systems; structural building system; building envelope, exterior and interior finish systems; specified building equipment furnishings; building specialties; and all other systems necessary for the complete Aircrew Fuselage Trainer Facility. There will also be 3 Options: (1)New parking lot; (2) Roller Bed Cargo Handling System; (3) Lightning Protection. The estimated project duration is 365 calendar days. It is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The North Amer ican Industrial Classification System code is 233310 and the annual size standard is $28,5 million. Esimated magnitude of work is between $1 - 5 Million. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about 21 April 2003. This project is unrestricted The sol icitation will be available on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and provided free of charge, one per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format. Registration for plans and specifications SHOULD BE MADE via our Internet Homepag e: https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil this will ensure each plan holder receives notification of amendment to the solicitation as they are issued. Request may be made in writing to Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers, P.O.
