Description

Provide all labor, material and equipment, to design and construct a 6,000 square foot clear-span, pre-engineered metal building to be used as a new maintenance shop, office, and cold storage at the Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge, Martin, South Dakota. Performance period is 240 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated value of the contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 28, 2003, with a closing date of on or about May 28, 2003. All interested parties may submit a request to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Attention: Aileen Y. China, P.O. Box 25486, Mail Stop 60181, DFC, Denver, CO 80225. Requests may be faxed to 303-236-4791. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please include the solicitation number, company name, address, telephone number, and fax number on the request. This solicitation will be open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
