- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 511210, the size code is $8 million, and the resultant contract will be 100% set-aside for small business. Provide Louis II software maintenance for UNISYS systems located at (DMCs: Montgomery, Ogden, Oklahoma City). This requirement will be solicited IAW FAR PART 6.302-1 "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement". Unicon Group Ltd., software and supporting services has been implemented and in use by the customer. The Unicon's products are proprietary software license offered only by Unicon Group. This software is unique in its operational requirements and there is no known source that can offer this software. An order will be issued to Unicon Group Ltd. a small business.
