- This solicitation consists of conducting field stand examinations of forest inventory in several locations for a total of 2767 points. Project is located on the Mystic Ranger District, Pennington County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Contract time is 126 calendar days. The successful contractor will be chosen through a best value process stated in the solicitation. The NAICS code is 115310. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Numbered Note No. 1. This is an electronic solicitation only. All documents will be posted to fedbizopps.gov for download from this website exclusively. The solicitation is to be issued on approximately April 10, 2003.
