Description
Legal boudary surveys for easements, including the routes of ingress and egress. Descriptions shall be of the metes and bounds type. The survey and legal descriptions shall meet all requirements of Title 38, Articles 50 and 51, C.R.S. 50 and 51, C.R.S. Surveyor must be a professional, licensed land surveyor registered in the State of Colorado. Multiple awards may be made based on geographical areas within the State of COlorado. Area 1 includes Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Larimer, Logan, Morgan, Park, Phillips, Sedgwick, Washington, Weld, and Yuma. Area 2 includes the counties of Alamosa, Bent, Conejos, Costilla, Crowley, Las Animas, Otero, Pueblo, Rio Grande, and Saguache. Area 3 includes the counties of Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Jackson, Mesa, Moffat, Montrose, Ouray, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, San Miguel, and Summit. More than one contract may be awarded in an area. When submitting a response to this notice, indicate which counties you are interested in. Surveys will be ordered on an as-needed basis beginning from the date of contract award for a period not to exceed three years or not to exceed a total contract price of $100,000. Interested parties should submit their SF 254 and SF-255 to the COntracting Officer along with any information that will assist the A&E Evaluation Board with their evaluation on the selection criteria. The selection criteria are 1) Professional qualifications, 2) Specialized Experience and technical competence, 3) Capacity to accomplish work, 4)Past Performance, 5) Location in the area and knowledge of the project.
