- Description
- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, San Francisco intends to solicit and negotiate with one (1) source under authority of FAR 6.302 for Steris 20 Sterilant Concentrate used on the existing system - Steris System 1 Processor. Estimated quantities per year approximately 839 cases. Facilities with this system in place are: VA San Francisco, Reno, Fresno, Palo Alto, NCHCS. Mfr: Steris Corp. Contract for one base year and four option years to supply the above listed VA facilities. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A WRITTEN SOLICITION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Request delivery at Destination. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to Steris Corp. (Mfr of system) for the supplies as cited above. No telephone requests will be accepted. See Note 22. For interested parties, you may submit your quote based on the above information.*****
