Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code is 334220 and small business size standard is 750 people. This is a requirement for 200 each, ACS Technologies VDC-600 Personal Data Controllers or equal; 200 each, VA-009117-0000, 060-2068-1 E-mail Software or equal; and 200 each, CBL-006582-0000, 060-2042-1 CBL-6582 Cable (CBL-6582 Cable from VDC-400/600 to KY-57, KY-99, or AN/CSZ-1A or SINCGARS or equal. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, Tampa, Florida. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12, applicable FAR and DFARS clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.232-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-18, 52-232-33, 242,212-7000, and 252.212-7001. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer.
