Description

NA FURNISH AND INSTALL DIGITAL AND ANALOG OFFICE COPIERS (AND COLOR COPIERS). ESTIMATED TOTAL NUMBER IS 225 UNITS. THIS INCLUDES SERVICES FOR ALL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS, ROUTINE AND EMERGENCY CALLS, AT FT LEONARD WOOD, MO. No solicitaiton number has been assigned, please refer to requests as RFP FOR COPIER SERVICES to Dee Snider, Contracting Specialist, 573-596-0256. This includes furnishing all consumable parts and supplies (excluding paper and transparencies). This also includes initial key operator trai ning for newly installed units in work areas. Period of contract performance currently proposed is 1 Oct 03 to 30 Sep 06, a Base and 2 Options. This may be revised to a Base year and 4 options (5 years) per the solicition issued.
