Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking sources capable of providing the Agency with a Learning Management System (LMS) software and/or solution. The Agency is seeking sources that produce LMS software packages and/or solutions that meet the following General Software Requirements: Windows compatible; Web-Enabled; Scalable to manage 3,000+ users; Serve as Agency learning portal: users and managers alike; Provide customized reports: no-shows, by department, training cost, vendor; Integrate multiple training sources: outside vendors, agency specific, online; Manage: assessments, measurements, and evaluations; Manage the tracking of employee competencies and skills; and Database driven, allowing for the migration of existing historical training data. Interested vendors must be able to provide verifiable proof by submitting information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to meet the Agency?s requirement. Vendors should provide the names and contact information of customers. References will be checked. Vendors responding should indicate whether their services are available on the GSA schedule. Pricing data may be submitted. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the data received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in SSA?s assessment of capable sources. Responses to this notice should be submitted in duplicate within 10 days of this publication and should refer to ?Learning Management System.? Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged.
