- COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q-0004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04/26. The proposed solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6120. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3829. The North American Industry Classification System is 335313 and the associated business size standard is 750 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 001 ? Avtron Patriot 700KW Portable Resistive Load Bank, Voltage 240 or 480 VAC, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz (Unit must be portable on casters able to fit through a 3 foot door), Item 002 - 480/240:120V Dual-Voltage Control Power Transformer, Item 003 ? Storage Weather/Dust Cover, and Item 004 ? Shipping charge costs (FOB Destination). Items shall be delivered to Travis AFB CA no later than 20 days after award. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condition Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items include clauses (b)(5), (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), and (22). DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions (Dev). FAR 52.219-6, Total 100% Small Business Set Aside. DFAR 252-225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. DFAR 252-225-7002 Qualifying country sources as subcontractors. DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal.
