Description

This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for Half page, Thermal paper, NSN 7530-01-488-4550 for AN/TPQ-36/37 Firefinder Radar System. The current sources are RITEC and Liberty Paper Company. The requirements for the NSN 7530-01-488-4550 as the followings: A. Physical Properties, paper Roll -RITEC part No. 9900455-001-. Lightweight Thermal paper, Standard sensitivity; Durability: 5 years with avoidance of light, constant temperature of 18-25 deg C, 50+ - 10% Humidity; Paper Width: 4.00 inch; Paper length: 150 feet; Print surface: On outside of roll; End of rollmarker: Within 3 feet of the core, a minimum 4 foot long red end of roll tracer. B. Raw Material properties. Approved product: Kohler KT 55 F 18; Paper cliper: 60+ - 5 UM (2.4-2.6 mils), Test Method ISOO 536; Weight: 55 G/M square + - 5, Test Method ISO 534; Smoothness -BEKK, Front-: -86%, Test Method ISO 5627; Tensile Strengt h: MD 40N/15MM, ISO 1924-2; CD 20N/15MM, ISO 1924-2; Prohibited sensitizer: Diphenoxy ethane (DPE); Materials within the paper composition shall not sublimate under any conditions of Temperature and Humidity. C. Physical properties. Paper core: RITEC part No. 9900455-002; Inside diameter: 1.00 inch; Outside diameter: 1.25 inch; Material: Fiber. The response must include documentation such as test results, a vendor-subcontractor for this item or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, successfully provide this item.
