Description

INDEFINITE QUANTITY LIMESTONE SLAG, FILL MATERIALS AND GRADING for Naval Air Station, Meridian, MS. Provide all labor, materials, supervision and equipment required to Haul, Stock Piling and Spreading select materials. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite-Quantity Contract (IDQ) for the supplies and services specified. The minimum order is $500 the maximum is $50,000 The entire solicitation, including plans and specifications, is available for viewing and downloading at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective Offerors MUST register themselves on the web site. The official plan holder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the web from the web site. Amendments will be posted on the web site for downloading. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments; therefore, IT IS THE OFFEROR?S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION. Technical Inquiries must be submitted in writing 15 days before Proposals are Due to the address listed above, or faxed to (601) 679-2147, Attn: Barry Leaver. All bids submitted by responsible sources shall be considered. The projected date for issuance of solicitation documents is 27 March 2003. The estimated date for receipt of offers 29 April 2003.. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of contract performance is 365 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code for this Solicitation is 234990 or 237990 (as revised in 2002 U.S. NAICS code), Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The associated Small Business size standard is $28.5 million.
