Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) plans to release a Two Step Seal Bid (IFB) for Human Resource Service Support and Administration at the Washington, DC and Fort Worth Currency locations. Release of the solicitation is planned for early April 2003. The solicitation will ultimately be distributed electronically via the Government's electronic posting Web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The applicable NAICS code for Human Resource Administration has changed from 92313 to 541611 with a size standard of $6 million. The intended PWS consists of two distinct areas both functionally and geographically, they are: HR Policy development, analysis and implementation at Washington, DC and HR General Administrative Support at Fort Worths Currency Center. There will not be site visit for this requirement due to high security requirements and this requirement is set in a general office setting for Human Resources. There will be ONE award to cover both areas (Washington, DC and Fort Worth, TX) of a firm-fixed-priced contract is intended NLT July 30, 2003; with a base year and four option years is anticipated.
