Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision necessary to perform cyclic painting, interior & exterior,(per scope of work) at the Howard H. Baker U. S. Cthse in Knoxville, TN. The Contractor will be responsible for all clean up related to this project to include: daily removal of construction trash and debris. The Contractor will be responsible for any repair/replacement of landscape or building structures required by the Contractor's negligence. A site visit will be conducted on April 7, 2003 @ 10:30 a.m. EST. The estimated cost range of this project is $70,000 - $85,000. Specifications & drawings available upon request.
