(8Z037) (3) This is an unrestricted procurement (4) This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1) (5) Total quantity is 331 (6) The RFQ will not be available until it has been formally issued - the anticipated issue date is 18 Feb 2003 (7) "Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://214.3.146.126/home.
