- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), an agency within Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a pre-solicitation notice, seeking Qualification Statements from potential offeror?s, in providing a full range of Training and Quality Performance (TQP) services. Qualification Statements were received from potential offeror?s and evaluated by the Government. Those potential offeror?s that met the Government?s requirements were placed on a bidder?s list to receive a request for proposal (RFP). The five (5) offeror?s that were placed on the bidder?s list and will receive an RFP are listed as follows (the offeror?s are listed alphabetically and not in any numerical sequence): a. CACI - Federal, b. Lockheed Martin Services, c. Northrop Grumman Information Technology, d. Science Applications International Corporation, e. SI International
