- Description
- This Request for Quotations (RFQ) supports the U. S. Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID) requirement, in accordance with 42 U.S.C. 4541 (Public Law 91-616, as amended), 21 U.S.C. 1101 (Public Law 92-255, as amended), and Federal Personnel Manual 792, to establish and maintain an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for its employees. This RFQ is set-aside for small business and is restricted to vendors located within a 300-mile radius of the Idaho Falls, ID, city limits. This is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures and the resultant award will be a performance-based fixed-price purchase order.
