- The Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Office, Contracts Management Division, intends to enter into a non-Competitive Section 8(a) Set-aside contract with Legin Group, Inc. located at Gaithersburg, Maryland in support of the National Nuclear Security Administration-Savannah River Site Office (NNSA-SRSO) facilities at the SRS near Aiken, South Carolina. This contract is for construction management service that will include, but not be limited to, development of initial scope documents, specification development, procurement of construction services, develop of cost, scope, and schedule baselines, project execution, development of acceptance criteria, and reporting.
